How do I manage my constant stress?
Have you ever said out loud;
“I’m stressed out”
“I’m super busy”
“I’m not sure how I’m going to get through this week!”
“It’s going to be crazy for the next month!”
All of these statements send your brain in to its fear system or it’s sympathetic nervous system which in turn, increases your heart rate, increases blood flow to your muscles, and your blood pressure.
Scary, real life, physical responses to your words. We have such amazing brains!!

Ask yourself when thinking about an area of stress for you: What is within my control? You might not come up with the answer straight away, but see what your brain comes up with when you least expect it (what does your brain come up with in the shower or when you are about to nod off to sleep!?)
