Fran

I kind of went through a crisis of confidence when I was given my directorship and had imposter syndrome at its highest level.

Shermeena

I didn’t have very clear boundaries.

Kathryn

Feeling a little bit worthless, and not really. But knowing deep down, I wasn’t, you know, which is why I kind of got in touch and just realised that I needed a little bit of help,

Marsha

The pandemic has been a lot, lot. So if I was to describe how I was feeling in one word, I would say, absolutely overwhelmed.

Jason

I had a massive crisis of confidence, I was just lost

David

The issues, or challenges, or opportunities were all quite similar in terms of, you know, what people were going through, it almost didn’t matter what industry and level people were at, it was a lot, a lot of there’s a lot of overlap. So yeah, it was, it was very positive. And and people were very open to learning and growing,

Marsha

Having a small group was great, because everyone came from very different backgrounds, but also different perspectives, and came with different challenges, whereby, you know, there was continuous learning through each other.

Tiffany

I got a huge amount of mentorship almost out of that. People sharing stories, hearing other people’s challenges, and also their successes and celebrations were incredibly helpful. And I think it really does help to hear outside of your own world, what other people are, you know, a battling,

Shermeena

Being in a group, there were so many things that people would say that would resonate with me. And I think it also gave me courage to be able to open up more. And to be more honest about how I was feeling because everyone else was doing it. So I felt very safe. Forum, it gave you a sense of belonging.

Catrine

Maybe I’m feeling something now that someone felt a month ago or two years ago. But it’s all part of the cycle of all humans, you don’t need to bottle it up.

Marsha

You’re also being coached by your peers.

Kathryn

You end up in a situation where you’ve not got one coach, you’ve potentially got 10

Jason

And it just opened my eyes that celebrating your wins Is good. And it’s a good thing to do. Celebrating other people’s wins, only just spurs you on as well. So for me, that group dynamic really

Tiffany

That really as a huge part of the success here. It’s the success of everybody and sharing and feeling very, very empowered by everybody’s honesty.

Fran

Even if I’d been in the session, I used to watch them back because I really just wanted to know what Munni said about that thing again. I’m going to go and have a look and you can see other people’s stories are amazing.

David

It’s helped me so much. I think it’s a leap of faith thing. You know, don’t do it because I’m telling you to do it. But there are my results, the results I’ve gotten have been great. And it’s kind of made a world of difference. So I think it’s worth doing. So if you’ve got queries about direction or purpose just do it.

Jason

I’m a guy so for me seeing is believing and results. A team and as well all wasn’t good having light-bulb moments, but actually seeing results. Actually seeing my patch and my business and my revenue and my paycheck. Increase off the back of it because I’d been doing the homework I’d been listening to in the meetings I’ve been working with my Accountability Buddy.

I put the effort in because and went in with an open mind, but also a determined mind. Like originally I just wanted some confidence. I really didn’t expect to go way beyond confidence and to become essentially the top salesperson in the company.

Marsha

We as individuals as human beings deserve to have an opportunity to be coached.
