• We will be ‘meeting’ virtually for 90mins each fortnight for the live coaching sessions 
  • In the non-live week there will be easy digestible learning nuggets in between (about 45-60mins of learning and reflection time) which you can access whenever is convenient for you. 
  • You can spend as much or a little time as you want on the ‘experiments’ and curated resources you’ll have throughout the program 

The program is designed to help you create time/get time back for yourself, not take it away. E.g.: Setting boundaries and Saying No!
